专利说明:
The invention relates to the chemical and polymer industries and can be used for extrusion molding of polymer multicolor profiles, for example spectacle frames. A device is known for extruding multicolor profiles from plastic materials, containing an extruder with a profiling head, an additional extruder for supplying a different color mass, a distributor located in the passage for the combined mass of material and made in the form of a mixer, the shaft of which is mounted along the longitudinal axis of the profiling head (1 ) A disadvantage of the known device is that it does not achieve thin patterns on the product due to insufficient mixing of the combined mass flow. The closest in technical essence to the invention is a device for the extrusion of multi-color profiles from polymers, containing at least two extruders for supplying the melt, an extrusion slit head with a passage for a combined melt flow and a distributor made with openings for passing the melt And mounted in a passage perpendicular its longitudinal axis (2). In the latter device, due to the location of the distributor perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the passage channel, the opening of the distributor and its installation with the possibility of moving in the transverse direction, melt mixing is ensured. However, the disadvantage of this device is that it provides a turbulence of only the middle part of the flow, without affecting the outer layers, which reduces the efficiency of mixing. The purpose of the invention is improving the efficiency of mixing the melt. This goal is achieved due to the fact that in the device for extrusion of multi-color profiles made of polymers containing at least two extruders for feeding the melt, an extrusion slot head with a passage for a combined melt flow and a distributor made with openings for passing the melt and mounted in the passage channel perpendicular to its longitudinal axis, according to the invention, the distributor is made cylindrical with a diameter of 753352 meters equal to the diameter of the passage channel, and is equipped with a drive Eden. In FIG. 1 shows the described device, a General view; in FIG. 2 — view of the extrusion head and distributor; in FIG. 3 - extrusion head with a distributor, longitudinal section; in FIG. 4 - a distributor according to the invention; in FIG. 5 - 9 - embodiments of the distributor, cross section; in FIG. 9a is the same, section A — A in FIG. 9; in FIG. 10 is an embodiment of a device with multiple distributors; in FIG. And - the profile of the polymer obtained according to the invention. The device comprises an extruder 1 for supplying the bulk of the polymer melt, mainly transparent, extruders 2, 3 for supplying colored additional masses of the melt by means of feeders 4 to the extrusion slit head 5, made with channel 6 for the bulk and with a passage channel 7 for the combined melt flow, and a distributor 8 mounted in the passage channel Ί perpendicular to its longitudinal axis and made cylindrical with a diameter equal to the diameter of the passage channel 7 and openings 9 (see Fig. 4) for passage Av. The distributor 8 is equipped with a drive 10 for its rotation. The openings 9 of the distributor 8 having an oval cross-section (see Fig. 4) are located at an angle of about 70 ° to the longitudinal axis of the distributor 8 and are offset 90 ° from each other. The openings can also have a cross section in the form of a circle, with the cross-sectional area of the openings being 20% of the outer surface of the distributor 8. The openings can be located vertically relative to the longitudinal axis of the distributor 8. The cross section of the openings 9, their inclination to the longitudinal axis of the distributor 8, the number of openings selected by any, depending on the required pattern of the manufactured profile. Rotating worms 11 are mounted in feeders 4 ‘. The device operates as follows. The bulk of the melt from the extruder 1 enters the channel 6 and then into the passage channel 7 of the extrusion head 5, where it is intensively mixed with streams of additional melt masses supplied by feeders 4 with worms And from extruders 2, 3 using the distributor 8. Due to the action of the rotating distributor 8 filamentary or strip-like additional masses of the melt are distributed in the bulk and a well-distributed pattern is formed, which is almost random (see Fig. II). In FIG. Figures 5–7 show options for performing cross sections of the distributor4, showing the possibilities of placing openings on the distributor. According to FIG. 5, two openings are connected, for example according to FIG. 7, the openings are crossed, and in FIG. 6 provides for a T-shaped crossing of the openings. In FIG. 8 shows a distributor made with a cavity and with openings in the form of radial holes or grooves connecting the outside of the distributor with its cavity. The mass falling through the openings 9 into the cavity of the distributor, due to the rotation of the distributor, leaves the openings 9 in another place, which helps to obtain the desired pattern. In FIG. 9 shows a distributor having openings in the form of slotted slots 12, between which ridges 13 are located. Slots 12 and ridges 13 are located at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the distributor. The width, height, offset relative to each other of the slots can vary depending on the desired pattern. Due to the profiling of the distributor, not only the forced deviation of the mass of the melt occurs, but also due to the rotation of the distributor, a change in the direction of flow. In FIG. 10 shows an embodiment of a device with several distributors located in the passage channel for the combined mass. Due to the sequential placement of several distributors, each of them can have a certain configuration, a certain direction and speed of rotation, and, therefore, perform an independent task of distributing, mixing and deflecting the mass flow, which increases the variety of the obtained profile patterns. This invention provides the formation of multi-color profiles of polymers in which the mass is located with the formation of an unoriented chaotic pattern.
